Tina Gutierrez is an experienced litigator having handled complex commercial matters across a variety of practice areas including construction defect, professional liability, auto liability, personal injury, premises liability, landlord-tenant, real estate, and contract disputes. Her representation includes business owners, individuals, and insurance companies in administrative, court, and arbitration proceedings. Tina also represents clients before a lawsuit is filed investigating claims, walking clients through administrative proceedings, and working to reach pre-suit resolutions when possible.

Tina’s broad range of experience allows her to see issues through a prosecuting and defensive lens. Tina enjoys being an advocate and trusted advisor for clients during a time that can often be very chaotic and stressful.

Tina is a member of the Travis County Women Lawyers’ Association and the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. When not in the office, Tina enjoys time with family across the state and competing with her tuxedo cat for the title of Head of the Household.
