Braden’s practice focuses on commercial litigation across both federal and state courts, as well as nationally-scaled arbitration. Braden’s experience encompasses work on a range of disputes, including commercial contracts, theft of trade secrets, real estate construction, fraud and other business torts. Braden takes pride in being a reliable partner for his clients, providing support through every step of legal disputes—remembering each day that the role of “counselor” extends beyond just legal advocacy.
Prior to joining Rigby Slack, Braden served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James R. Nowlin, Senior District Judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. Braden graduated summa cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law where he was actively engaged in the Texas Tech Law Review, Board of Barristers, Student Bar Association Executive Board, and served as a contracts tutor for first-year students.
In his free time, Braden enjoys getting outside to enjoy all Austin has to offer while also vigorously defending his DoorDash selections from the skepticism of his colleagues, particularly Will and Pat C.
