Brandon Crisp is a creative and experienced trial lawyer who has represented clients in a wide range of commercial litigation, including disputes concerning partnerships, contracts, collections, real estate, construction, and other business-related matters. While he has significant trial experience, including several recent jury and bench verdicts, Brandon’s clients ultimately see him as a problem-solver who takes the time to understand their business goals and seeks to resolve their disputes in alignment with those goals.
Before joining Rigby Slack, Brandon started his career at Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP (now Norton Rose Fulbright), where he litigated commercial disputes and managed mass-tort dockets in multidistrict litigation around the country. Through this representation, Brandon gained substantial experience trying cases and managing all aspects of mass-tort dockets, from complex e-discovery to the negotiation and administration of mass-tort settlement programs. Brandon then moved to an Austin-based boutique commercial litigation firm where he helped clients of all sizes resolve their disputes.
When not in the office, Brandon loves spending time at the beach with his wife and three kids, traveling, seeing live music, and playing sandlot baseball. Brandon is also active in the Austin community, where he has served on many nonprofit boards, including First United Methodist Church of Austin, the Austin Young Lawyers Association, Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas, and the Texas Aggie Bar Association.
