Chris Raman is a commercial real estate attorney specializing in acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets, including multifamily buildings, hotels, and multi-tenant properties. He takes a strategic and detail-oriented approach to helping clients navigate complex real estate transactions.

Before joining Rigby Slack, Chris practiced at a boutique law firm, where he represented investors and developers in high-value real estate transactions. His experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and commercial leases, reviewing title and survey matters, and managing due diligence for a range of asset classes.

Chris is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University and South Texas College of Law Houston. He is dedicated to providing efficient and pragmatic legal solutions, ensuring clients achieve their business objectives while mitigating risk.

Outside of the office, Chris enjoys traveling with his family and is an avid F1 fan.
