Ebee Ward is a part of the firm’s Environmental Law Group.  She assists clients with waste, water, and air quality compliance issues. Ebee has an emerging permitting, compliance, and enforcement practice primarily for clients with TCEQ issues.  She helps our Real Estate and Transactional Attorneys with Phase I reports and Phase II investigations under the All Appropriate Inquiry standard.  She also helps with environmental litigation matters, including complex nuisance and Superfund matters.  During the summer of 2023, Ebee assisted with environmental, health, and safety matters for the firm’s recycling clients in Austin and San Antonio.

Ebee received her B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder. She graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law, with a concentration in Environmental Law. While at Texas Tech Law, she was a student fellow at the Center for Water Law & Policy where she worked with professors and students from Texas Tech Law and Texas A&M University School of Law to draft in-depth groundwater surveys for numerous states, which were later published in volumes.

Ebee lives in Austin and grew up in Longview, Texas. In her free time, she enjoys trying out new recipes and exploring Austin’s parks.
