Natalie represents a wide variety of clients ranging from local businesses to international enterprises. She focuses on corporate, real estate, and finance transactions. Her corporate practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, equity syndications, restructuring, joint ventures, entity formations, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. Her real estate practice focuses on commercial leasing (both landlord and tenant), acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
Natalie strives to build a long-term relationship with each client by investing in their success and providing solutions that include the resources to handle any business or real estate related legal need. She brings a unique perspective to clients having worked as in-house counsel, where she saw the day-to-day internal business operations. This experience gave her the lens to better understand how to approach matters in a way to maximize value and minimize risk, all while achieving the business’s goals by providing a unique combination of business and legal expertise.
