Will’s practice involves complex dispute resolution and litigation in federal and state courts. Will’s experience includes work on disputes involving complex contracts, intellectual property, business torts, real estate transactions, technology licensing, environmental remediation and antitrust issues. Will also has experience advising clients with respect to environmental and antitrust regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Rigby Slack, Will practiced as an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Orlando Garcia, Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. Will is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where he was a member of the Columbia Law Review, and Duke University, where he studied mechanical engineering.

In his free time, Will enjoys golfing, running, traveling and enjoying all that Central Texas has to offer with his giant four-legged goofball.
