Will represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions including leasing, acquisitions, development and financing. With a background in representing commercial mortgage lenders, developers, landlords and tenants, Will is dedicated to protecting the interests of clients by anticipating risks and avoiding common pitfalls in complex transactions.

Prior to joining Rigby Slack, Will did the “big firm thing” in Houston and Dallas before settling in Austin. When not in the office, Will can be found spending his free time with his wife and two kids and trying to solve Austin’s traffic challenges (while refusing to accept that Mopac is not, in fact, a loop).
