Cathleen handles commercial real estate and business transactions for private and public clients. Her commercial real estate practice is focused on acquisition, development, leasing and finance for commercial properties, including condominium regimes. In her business transactions practice, she assists with business formations, mergers and acquisitions, private offerings and general business transactions.

Cathleen holds an escrow officer license and is a fee attorney for Heritage Title Company, Stewart Title Company, Prominent Title Company, Independence Title Company and Texas National Title Company. She enjoys long-standing relationships with her clients including lenders, developers, landlords, tenants and business owners. Cathleen believes her coffee-making skills have been regaled world-wide. Cathleen is attempting to become a full-time resident of Hawaii. When not dreaming of Hawaii, Cathleen enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, daughter and yellow lab, and catching live music when it isn’t past her bedtime.
