Cathleen handles commercial real estate and business transactions for private and public clients. Her commercial real estate practice is focused on acquisition, development, leasing and finance for commercial properties, including condominium regimes. In her business transactions practice, she assists with business formations, mergers and acquisitions, JV agreements, private offerings and general business transactions.

Cathleen holds an escrow officer license and is a fee attorney for Heritage Title Company, Stewart Title Company, Prominent Title Company, Independence Title Company and Texas National Title Company. She enjoys long-standing relationships with her clients including lenders, developers, landlords, tenants and business owners. Cathleen’s favorite place is a hiking trail in the mountains, but when not available, she can be found enjoying outdoor activities with her husband, daughter and yellow lab (and catching live music when it isn’t past her bedtime). She is also an avid fan of Austin FC, and her closet has become overwhelmingly ‘verde’.
