Lee Rigby handles a wide variety of commercial disputes and litigation matters. Lee’s clients generally view him as a creative problem solver who has an eye towards effective, efficient representation. Lee’s experience includes bet-the-company litigation, partnership disputes, condemnation matters, and significant recoveries in collection matters. Lee also represents financial institutions and lenders as well as commercial landlords and tenants, In addition to trial work, Lee has deep experience with state and local government, working as a government relations consultant and routinely dealing with government contracts, bid protests, procurement matters, and the Texas Public Information Act.
Before forming Rigby Slack in 2019, Lee started his career at Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP, spent three years as General Counsel of a private equity-backed government services company and was managing partner of his prior firm. Lee is active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the West Austin Youth Association (WAYA) and the Crested Butte Land Trust. When not in the office or chasing his wife and kiddos around, Lee can be found trying, unsuccessfully, to locate trout or, most likely, on the golf course.
