Michelle is a senior paralegal with over 20 years’ experience who concentrates in the areas of commercial real estate loans, acquisitions, sales transactions and title/survey issues. Michelle has extensive knowledge and experience in commercial real estate transactions, working with and on behalf of lenders, developers, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. She prepares commercial real estate documentation for the acquisition, sale, leasing, development and financing of retail, office, warehouse and industrial properties.

She also has extensive experience in corporate law, including entity formation and governance. Michelle acts in the capacity of escrow officer for Heritage Title Company of Austin, Stewart Title Company, Independence Title Company, Prominent Title Company and Texas National Title Company, assisting with the issuance of title insurance policies for buyers and lenders.
